Working At Home

Year 3~Day 31 +2/365 AND Day 762: What I Do When I Don’t Have to Work

Working At Home

This is my favorite spot at home. I watch the Travel Channel and work on my photos at Flickr (on my new Mac Pro). My new HP Photosmart C8180 All-in-One printer is in the background. Jim was nice enough to make some Nutrisystem pancakes for me this morning. We won’t think about the fact that I go back to work on Monday. For now, I’m enjoying my free time. YaY!

Teens Work at Home Jobs

Got a teen who’s not keen on pushing a lawn mower or babysitting for extra cash? These work at home ideas for teens will help you help your teen make money online.

Organize An Online Garage Sale

Cyber garage sales are excellent work at home opportunities. Schedule a big house cleaning with your teen. Then have your teen list unwanted items on eBay or another auction site. Make your teen responsible for taking pictures and writing descriptions of items for sale, putting up the listings, researching and setting the prices, preparing invoices, collecting the money (which he or she keeps of course), shipping the items, and choosing a local charity to receive items that don’t sell at legitimate-work-at-home-teens-jobs.blogspot.com

Paid Posting Or Blogging

Does your teen love World of Warcraft of have every word of the Harry Potter books memorized? If so, your teen may be able to blog or post his or her way to fortune…or at least to a little extra pin money.

Help your teen locate paid blogging or posting opportunities and sign up if the site requires a parent’s permission. These work at home opportunities are also sly ways to help your teen improve his or her grammar and spelling.

Selling Crafts

If your teen has an artistic flare and makes a unique product, he or she may want to consider making crafts and selling them online. Your teen can use an auction site like eBay or create his or her own webpage and accept Paypal payments.

As work at home ideas go, this one has a lot of promise, as it will help your teen learn the basics of economics (setting a fair price for products that covers the cost of supplies and labor) as well as the importance of good customer service.

Write an eBook

Has your teen had an unusual experience like dealing with a life-threatening illness, enjoying extensive world travel, or winning an award for volunteerism? If so, encourage your teen to write an eBook about his or her experiences. Your teen can publish the book online using available (often free) software and create a website to sell it. This may not be one of the more lucrative work at home ideas, but it will help your teen improve his or her writing skills and teach him or her how to market a product.http://legitimate-work-at-home-teens-jobs.blogspot.com

Working At Home question by Beth: How much work is done at home when working with Avon?
I really need a job that’s work at home. Like, completely in my house. And I’m going to get started with Avon, but I’m just worried that it’s going to be a lot of deliveries. Can anyone that’s done avon before tell me exactly what the job entails. Or, if you know of a good company that does work online, I’d be very greatful itlfnyou can point me towards an online at home job that is not a scam.

Thanks!

Around 20%. The rest of the time you beat the bushes looking for customers and delivering product.

I love your food shots because I get to glimpse your beautiful cutlery. One day I’m going to follow your lead on that idea and when I find some I really really love I’m going to invest in it.

I begin many mornings with breakfast in front of my Mac. Usually not quite as fancy as pancakes, though. :) And wow, year 3? I’m not even on day 3 and I already feel overwhelmed!

Pretty good on most items, easier than scrubbing forever!, November 12, 2003

I read the 1st review of this item, and ordered the cleaner anyway, hoping for better results. Indeed my Haier machine works quite well. BUT…don’t expect jewelry and coins to come out sparkling clean, like the pictures and the hype. Instead, think of the machine as a shortcut to a lot of scrubbing with a toothbrush. Earrings gunked up with hairspray were somewhat cleaner after a few cycles; but then after just a short scrub with a soft brush, they were as good as new! Same with diamond rings, etc. The cleaner helped greatly, but did not clean everything immaculately all by itself. The cleaner really gets into the nooks and crannies in watchbands, etc., but again, some follow-up is needed with a brush.
In my opinion, it is definately worth it’s purchse price.

    Effective Cleaner, November 21, 2005

I’ve been using this machine once a month to clean my wedding rings and three years later they still look new. Does a great job of removing the buildup behind the diamond setting where a toothbrush just doesn’t quite reach. I also like the fact you can use plain water.
